Consultations
We will always provide you with a consultation regarding the results of the DNA analysis. We focus on the current setting of goals and recommendations for changes in diet, micro-nutrition, exercise/sports, regeneration and sleep. For selected systems, after the results, we provide the first consultation free of charge. We recommend attending preventive consultations at least once a year or more often as needed.
Conditions for providing a free health consultation:
Reservation of the consultation date no later than 3 months after the delivery of the DNA test results and filling out the health questionnaire.
MACRONUTRIENT PLAN
Our COOK4FIT travel plan is tailor-made for you according to your genetic profile. It can be your helper on your way to optimal eating.
